1. Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Irie Jam Radio. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the IrieJamRadio.com website, the Irie Jam mobile application, and our radio broadcasting services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Irie Jam Radio ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Irie Jam Radio provides:

• Live Radio Streaming: 24/7 Caribbean music radio broadcast via website and mobile app
• Live Video Streaming: Live video feed from our studio
• Show Schedule: Information about our radio programs and DJs
• Shoutouts and Requests: Platform for listeners to submit dedications and song requests
• Newsletter: Email updates about station events and news
• Mobile Application: iOS and Android apps for listening on the go

3. User Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use our Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to use the Service and that they have read and agree to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Some features of our Service may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5. User-Submitted Content

5.1 Shoutouts and Requests

When you submit shoutouts, dedications, or song requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

• Broadcast your submission on air
• Display your submission on our website or app
• Use your submission in promotional materials
• Modify or edit your submission for broadcasting purposes

5.2 Content Guidelines

All user-submitted content must comply with these guidelines. You may NOT submit content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory language
• Harasses, threatens, or bullies any person
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains personal information about others without consent
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains spam or commercial advertising
• Is false or misleading

We reserve the right to reject, remove, or edit any submission at our sole discretion without notice or liability.

5.3 Moderation

All shoutouts and requests are subject to moderation before broadcast. We do not guarantee that your submission will be broadcast or displayed. Submission does not create any obligation on our part.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

The Service and its original content (excluding user-submitted content), features, and functionality are owned by Irie Jam Radio and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Website design and layout
• Logos, graphics, and branding
• Audio and video content we create
• DJ mixes and shows (excluding licensed music)
• Written content and descriptions

6.2 Music Content

Music broadcast on Irie Jam Radio is licensed through appropriate performance rights organizations (ASCAP, BMI, SESAC, SoundExchange). Individual songs remain the intellectual property of their respective copyright holders.

You may not record, redistribute, or commercially exploit our radio broadcasts or streams.

6.3 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Commercial use of the Service
• Redistribution of our content
• Recording or downloading our streams (except where explicitly permitted)
• Modification or derivative works
• Any use that violates applicable law

7. Mobile Application

7.1 License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and install the Irie Jam mobile application on your personal device for personal, non-commercial use.

7.2 App Store Terms

Your use of the mobile app is also subject to the terms of service of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). In case of conflict, these Terms govern your relationship with us.

7.3 Updates

We may release updates to the mobile app from time to time. You are responsible for installing updates to ensure proper functionality and security.

8. Contests and Promotions

We may offer contests, sweepstakes, or promotions through the Service. These will be governed by separate Official Rules that will be made available at the time of the promotion.

By participating in any contest or promotion, you agree to be bound by the applicable Official Rules, which may include eligibility requirements, entry procedures, and prize details.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Infringe on intellectual property rights
